What's the difference between an education agent and a migration agent?
An education agent assists with course enrolment and student visa applications, but is not registered with MARA and cannot give immigration advice for other visa types. What's the Genuine Student requirement?

MARA (the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority, sitting within Home Affairs as OMARA) is the federal regulator for Australian migration agents. Registration requires a Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice, ongoing CPD, professional indemnity insurance, and adherence to a binding Code of Conduct.
