Which lists is Video Producer on?
STSOL — Short-term Skilled Occupation List. Occupations on the STSOL can access state-nominated and regional skilled visas (190/491), but not the Skilled Independent 189.

Processing priority
Video Producer isn't in any of the ANZSCO groups that Directions 121 and 122 list for the priority sectors. Some of the first group is defined by the job rather than the code: a nominated position directly involved in agriculture, aquaculture or fishing, one that directly supports mining, oil and gas or coal production, or one related to defence. Media Producer (excluding Video), the code Video Producer is named against directly, explicitly carves video work out of its own scope — the two titles draw a clean boundary against each other in both directions. A producer whose output has shifted from non-video media into video work, or vice versa, is doing work that may no longer match their original nomination, and the two codes sit on very different lists, so the shift is a visa-reach question, not only a classification one.
