Transcript

Your ImmiAccount status says Finalised, and there's no email. The decision is already sitting inside your account — the email is just a separate alert system.

Finalised means a decision has been made — it doesn't specifically mean granted. You need to open the letter itself to know which.

The notification email can be caught by spam filters, delayed by hours or a day, sent to an outdated address, or blocked by a corporate email gateway.

Log in to ImmiAccount, open the application marked Finalised, then check its correspondence or messages tab for a downloadable letter.

For independent confirmation, VEVO — the Visa Entitlement Verification Online service — checks the Department's own visa records using your passport number and date of birth.

If the letter genuinely isn't there, check every tab, try a fresh login or a different browser, check VEVO directly, then contact the Department if nothing shows.

The status name Finalised itself dates to a change on 2 March 2018 — when the Department updated its old status labels.

If the grant letter shows the wrong passport number, that's a Department matter straight away — it may need a Form 929 or a Form 1022 to correct.
