The genuine overlap in the family is with Network Administrator: both cover day-to-day installing, maintaining and troubleshooting of infrastructure. The line ACS draws between them is the subject being administered, an operating system and server estate here versus the network layer specifically for the neighbouring code, not the seniority or scope of the work.

A generalist "IT Administrator" or "IT Support" job title, extremely common in the real labour market, very often does not respect the OS-and-server versus network-layer split ACS uses to separate this code from Network Administrator.
