That is a firm, explicitly stated boundary against the closest-sounding allied-health neighbour, and the standard Group A employment clause applies within that narrowed field — a positive VETASSESS outcome answers the migration question only, not any separate professional-practice requirement.

One government source is solid on the separate accreditation question: Medicare Benefits Schedule item 10953, for exercise physiology under a GP Chronic Condition Management plan, restricts the providing practitioner to an "eligible exercise physiologist," defined by the term "Accredited exercise physiologist." Whether that accreditation is required more broadly, to practise under the title at all rather than just to bill this specific item, could not be confirmed from ESSA's own site and should be checked directly before assuming either way.
