A civil-infrastructure estimating career, on roads, bridges or similar works, is also a poor fit here: this code's field list is building-sector, and Civil Engineering Technician sits in a different unit group with its own VETASSESS page not covered by this family's dossier.

Construction Estimator reaches ROL and CSOL, with 186, 407, 482, 491 and 494 — no state-nominated 190 and no general skilled 189, so it depends on either employer sponsorship or the regional 491 route. Whether a costing role spanning both building and civil-infrastructure work should be nominated here or under a civil-sector code is a genuine judgement call that the applicant's actual project types, not job title, should decide — worth putting to a migration agent before submitting.
